Full-Service - As part of the full-service program, Medi-Dyn provides all on-site management and direct labor staff. Under this approach, Medi-Dyn assumes all human resource duties by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and managing all housekeeping employees.
Management-Only - As part of the management-only structure, Medi-Dyn provides all on-site management while the direct labor staff remains employees of the hospital.
Consulting - Developed for clients who are interested in implementing Medi-Dyn's proven quality systems and controls but are unable to consider a Medi-Dyn on-site management team. Medi-Dyn's consulting program is unique in that it is ongoing and provides both recommendations and proven solutions. |

Patient transport is a critical component of the overall capacity management process. Under the direction of Medi-Dyn managers, a patient transport program can ensure that the clinical staff is no longer diverted from their patient care responsibilities by performing non-clinical transports. |
